  March 15, 2010 - Definitely represents California syrah well. Very dark purple color. Great meaty/gamey profile on the nose along with blueberry and just a touch of olive. This carries through on the palate. This wine is very well made and fairly complex. The only thing that prevents me from giving it 90+ is that the finish was rather short. Now for $9.99 at Trader Joe's this is an unbelievable QPR.
