  March 20, 2010 - initial impression of beef stew on the nose, in a good way, has graphite, fresh turned dirt and blackberry liquer, big dark fruit with some mocha on the palate. Carrying some tannin on the finish. Enjoyed, will wait until 2012 at least to pop the next.
