March 23, 2010 - Very basic. Cherry, slightly tannic but not overbearing, medium bodied, short finish. Nothing very memorable. Maybe I'd like it better if I had some iberico jamon to go with it. Who am I kidding...I'd pair motor oil with jamon and rate it a 99. Mmmmm jamon.
