  March 24, 2010 - This is the best Pinot Blanc I have ever had. Admittedly, I have not had a lot of Pinot Blanc, but this is just plain delicious and I could drink it every day. On the nose it's lemon and lime with a little hint of lovely white cake. It's soft on the palate with some good acid and the lemon/lime is still present, but there's almost a creme brulee component as well. Beautiful, wonderful wine.
