March 28, 2010 - Perfumed nose of strawberry, cola, and spring water. Palate feels rich, somewhat heavy for a Pinot, but not at all syrupy. Dark cherry, sour cherry, and strawberry dominate along with more cola and a bit of steminess. The greenness, which is well balanced and not intrusive, continues into the finish, where cherry and cola continue on as well. This is a richer Pinot than the Ayres we also enjoyed tonight with the salmon - both high quality and highly enjoyable.

3/28/10, 8:49 PM - Nice note, Todd. Thanks for the look - I was planning to hold my last bottle a while longer. Have any recommendation on the window based on this bottle?
