  April 5, 2010 - Took awhile to open up. This last 375 bottle is very tasty, but possibly going through a little funky period right now. The nose is closed down, but the flavors are well layered and the finish is tight. Cherry pipe tobacco, fig and just the slightest hint of mocha. Much different than previous bottles but still overall very very good.
