  April 12, 2010 - lighter purple then I remember (aging, maybe?), barnyard-y nose with leather and dark fruits, fruity on the front, acid on the back, heaven in between.
  
  Drank this with TK's split pea soup (homemade); a pretty good pairing, but not perfect (too much salt).
