This wine evolved over several hours and, at times, was really pretty with floral-tinged notes of vanilla on the nose and smooth cherry and dark bramble fruit on the palate. At other times it was a bit awkward with notes of spice or vegetals and alcohol showing through. If anything, I might buy one more bottle to lay down long term just because I like Nalle and would like to see where this wine is headed.
