  April 15, 2009 - Much more concentrated than the other Drouhin 07 reds, on the nose are lifted aromas of flowers, cola, curry, cherry, sandalwood, forest floor, black pepper, and meat. The red fruit, cola and spice are again evident on the palate. The wine has superb concentration, freshness and structure, and the finish is long and satisfying. A great, wonderfully balanced wine that may improve over the next 5 years.
