  April 28, 2010 - Very dark red. Nice, though not especially complex nose featuring red fruit, blackberries and earth, as I wrote in my last note on this wine. Silky smooth now, and I'd say probably at or very near its peak, though not at all in decline. For my taste, this should be drunk in the next couple of years.
