  May 3, 2010 - Dense, sultry liquor of blackberry juice and black olives. Super compact, but giving up beautiful aromas of fresh African Violets and road tar. Slightly sweet, and no heat. Mouthcoating, yet remarkably clean and pure, with refreshingly tense acidity. Finishes long, with notes of blue granite, or your liquid minerality of choice. There's a lot going on here, and I'm sad to see my last bottle go.
