  May 5, 2010 - Incredibly complex nose. Australian in style almost. Roast meat. New york cut steak. Brown sugar. Cloves and mint. A little heat in the nose.
  The body has acids that go on for miles. Oak isn't overpowering, especially for 58 months in the barrel. Opening up as we speak. This 04 is amazinly young. I should have waited, but who knew. I'll save the rest for a bit.
