  May 15, 2010 - Nose has tart and sour cherries, with blueberry cobbler, creamy vanilla, and lush blackberries. The nose comes across as similar to a Central Coast big boy. An extremely dense and full bodied wine. After initially opening, the wine was very awkward...disjointed and hot. The mouthfeel of the wine is quite nice - quite silky. Hoping that this is just in a dumb phase of sorts, and hoping that in another 3-10 years these bottles will mature into the beauties they're "supposed" to be.

  5/16/10, 2:50 AM - I think you are right - the initial fruit is wearing out and the wine needs time to mature now.
