  May 22, 2010 - on the nose a berry/processed grain note is making me think of crunch berry cereal. some swirling reveals an earthy, animal element that says italy to me. medium body. all the components are in harmony on the palate- fruit, earth, alcohol, tannins. a very well balanced, well built wine at home on the table but also enjoyable to sip without food carrying an every night price tag.
