  June 17, 2010 - Pulled from a cold cellar. Dark Red, no real signs of bricking. Nose of dusty red fruits, cigar wrapper, mushroom, pencil led and sweet vanilla. With time aromatics became more and more polished with pretty floral notes - described by someone with much more tasting experience as a "classic" Latour nose. Well integrated structure, velvety texture with red fruits, beef jerky and mushroom. Subtle hints of iodine on an otherwise extremely long finish. Very classy wine that kept picking up the pace with air.
