  June 18, 2010 - Grabbed on a whim, popped and poured. Initially showed incredibly pure, dark fruit. With time, it smelled and tasted like Syrah, with hints of bacon fat, some black pepper around the edges, gobs of blackberry. I think this has a lot of time left, but my guess is that I'll drink them before they reach their peak. (PE: 92)
