  July 10, 2010 - Served at a late Saturday afternoon lunch with grilled chorizo sausages, a quick pan fry of manchego cheese cubes and freshly shelled baby green limas from the garden, and a loaf of good bread, this beautifully integrated glass of blackberries, kirsch liqueur, and earthy spice was more pleasing than I can put into words. Boy oh boy am I happy I got a case of this.
