August 20, 2010 - A nice lower-alcohol Bordeaux. Well-balanced, oak has integrated, and tannin becomes less prominent with air. Typical St. Emilion nose; palate features red fruits with hints of tobacco and cedar. Enjoyed with cheese and crackers, but probably even better with a full meal. May develop some additional complexity, but not far from peak now. Lovers of in-your-face wines should look elsewhere.
