  August 25, 2010 - Decanted about an hour prior to dinner. Deep purple color with ruby edges. Inky wine, with a very nice nose of dark chocolate, some dark fruit, and soil. All notes were very subtle, this wine is still very tight. The tannin are soft but prevalent. Very nice finish. Needs some time before it really begins to shine, but offers pleasure now.
