  August 28, 2010 - Deep red colour with very clear smell of jelly before it has been melted down. Sounds a bit over the top but it was very obvious! Nice in the mouth with the jelly theme continuing. Initial taste was almost like a fruit drink rather than wine. However there was a certain acidity and burn to follow. Not at all what I expected from a pinot noir, but was thoroughly enjoyable.
