  September 12, 2010 - Light purple color. This was probably not a correct bottle. The nose was subdued with some white pepper and raspberry fruit. In the mouth everything was dialed down several notches. I got some bacon, pepper, and light red fruits but not the exotic spiciness and long finish that I love in La Mouline. It wasn't corked, but perhaps heat damaged? Judgement deferred.
