  September 16, 2010 - Opened the bottle over 2 days. The first day was quite nice with rich dark fruits, tightly structured tannins, and a long finish that was more soil-like, perfect Cab Franc characteristics. The second day brought out even more vibrant fruit notes initially and was significantly more velvety on the early palate. However, the second day's finish was a bit disappointing with a more harsh note. Still a very good wine to drink. We had this with food, the first day with BBQ, the second day with steak.
