  September 24, 2010 - When I had this last 4 years ago it was quite shut down with muted flavors and never opened up. Different story this time around! Beautiful shimmering green-gold color. Soaring aromas of gunpowder, flint, lemons, nutmeg. Intense minerals, crunchy fuji apple, lemon-lime. Perfectly integrated acids that framed the fruit and a finish that was lip-smacking and very long. I'm sipping this now and each time it seems to expand more in my mouth and leave me wanting more. The power of a Batard combined with the minerally intensity of a Chevalier. Wow!
