  September 25, 2010 - 98% Syrah, 2% Viognier. Ruby red-purple color. Raspberry and violet nose. Raspberry profile continues onto the full bodied palate along with some spice and earth. Medium-long finish. Good balance – this has all the makings of a very elegant wine. Quite young at present – definitely benefits from some decanting – this really requires several more years before drinking. Drink after 2012. Excellent!
