  October 25, 2010 - Fantastic perfume to start with, more piedmont than rhone i would say, after 30 minutes with air, typical peppery aromas emerged, good balance and mouhfeel initially but too quick the fruit disappeared and left a somewhat unpleasant astringency. This wine seems to have seen its best days already. Slightly disappointing, yet absolutely fine with grilled lamb and mashed pumpkin with truffle.
