    October 30, 2010 - Aerated and decanted and let sit for 1 hour (which is a MUST at this date as it seared my tongue on first taste re: lost 'o' tannins)... the wait was well worth it. Wafting cherry, tobacco on the nose and such a balanced, full flavoured wine that worked well alone and with our risotto... I joked to my husband that this was not only a wine, but also a drug that put me in the clouds. I didn't want the experience to end. Thankfully, I have 5 more of these left. WOW.
