November 1, 2010 - The cork was soaked all the way through and crumbled on extraction due to its softness. A small sip was poured and the wine was declared as intact, but I did not taste. The wine was allowed to slowly oxygenate in the bottle for 4 hours at 63 degrees. Upon serving it was an utter disappointment. The only thing left was an after taste of grippy tanin. It was weak and flabby with little to no flavor.
