November 13, 2010 - Blown away by the aromatics on the nose - cedar, pine forest, eucalyptus - a heady mix that reminds of arabian incense. On the palate, a stunning embodiment of cumin and incense again with that nice shiraz kick on the side of the palate of pepperiness. We ate this with some lengua del toro and some carnitas with a chipotle sauce - the combo blew us away.
