  November 14, 2010 - This was brought for me to try. Inky dark purple. Sweet dark chocolate on the nose. With swirling, a faint note of coconut and charred oak. Big, thick plush mouthfeel, with dark black fruits, chocolate, earth and a good dose of minerality. This was quite fresh and although stacked with concentrated ripe fruit, was balanced with formidable tannins and acid. Oak was well integrated. Nice smooth lingering finish. I don't drink many Cali cabs anymore but I really enjoyed this.
