November 13, 2010 - Pretty intense burnt toast on the nose for about the first 30 minutes, but this blew off to show lots of dark fruits, green peppers, and a bit of muddy earth. Tannins are still pretty strong, but are beginning to integrate and are never overwhelming. I think this would show much better with a big piece of meat. Lot's of life left in it, and if I had another, I would sit on it for another 5 years or so.
