November 16, 2010 - Cork soaked and fragile, Mouton Rothschild and Pauillac stated on the part of the cork that came up whole. Above mid shoulder, ruby with orange rim. Pencil shave, some green peppers, leather, spices, elegant, anis, even some blackcurrants. Pure and such elegance in the mouth, red berries, perfect texture, caressing, very balanced acidity, works perfectly, some cigar notes, refreshing, intense, pure, tannins almost gone. And such a length, last for minutes.
