  November 24, 2010 - 3 years from my prior tasting. Has been resting comfortably in my cellar. Popped and poured. Has thrown a fine dust of sediment. Drinking beautifully right now. Tannins have receded leaving beautiful fruit yet enough tannin to provide structure. Lower score than prior tasting because I think the tannins have receded a tad too far for me. Will consume my remaining bottles soon.
