  November 27, 2010 - This wine showed beautifully on Thanksgiving day. Hazelnut and pear notes followed through to lime, citrus, and green apple. The acidity really shines and keeps the wine focused. The finish is juicy, lingering, and delicious. I believe that this wine will continue to evolve over the next 2-3 years. I look forward to trying it again down the road.
