  December 10, 2010 - Dark color. Dark fruit with peppery and meaty notes. Juicy wine with pleasant tannins and medium acidity and medium alcohol level. A great length and the elegance is weird for an Australian irrigated wine. Wonderful now as it begs drinking but will give more refined and complex notes with some age. This will go to more violet than meaty direction. Therefore, I boldly assume this will go in the direction of the Haut-Brion '82 I had few months ago. Double decanted. Outstanding!
