  December 13, 2010 - Terrific value. Smokey leathery aroma with pleny of black fruit. Nice acidity and tannins (I probbaly drank it a little early but I like tannin). Veavy and velvety. Dark fruit, plums, tobacco, and spice. Hints of smoked meat. Heard complaints of earlier vintages not lasting on the palate but the finish definitely lingered. Will buy again for sure. I am intereted to see where this wine goes in years to come.
