  December 17, 2010 - A typical cloudy Aubert that was throwing off large chunks of sediment after sitting in the cellar patiently for several years. Floral bouquet with a somewhat grassy hint that led to exotic fruit and even hazelnut on the palate. An excellent chard that has both finesse and power.
