  December 19, 2010 - Dark fruit and tobacco on nose. Attack of dusty plum, a little minerality and heavier on the cigar box. Medium-to-lightweight, and softened tannins, not surprising for the vintage. The CT notes on this wine are all over the map. Scorched earth, oaky and portlike fruit? Hard to believe it's the same wine! $35 is the most I would pay for this.
