  December 24, 2010 - some oak and char one the nose with a hint of spice and espresso. Almost like a spiced wood. Palate was fruity with soft but bright dark and red fruits. There was a nice lingering acidity and some decent tanin structure. Overall, it had a light almost soft mouthfeel. If I could do it again, I would have drank this one maybe a year ago. It had just the slightest taste of age and structurally it was probably just below it's sweet spot.
