December 24, 2010 - On Christmas Eve paired with Individual Beef Wellington..The first bottle of the 2002 that I've opened..Still very young and tannic, despite a 1 hour decant.. Very Bordeaux like, with great fruit purity and a long finish. I'm going to wait at least 2-3 years before opening up another.
