  January 5, 2011 - Second time I´ve tried this, first time around was kind of a let down. However, now I wonder whether that bottle was faulty as I don´t have the experience to know what this is supposed to taste like. Fabulously transparent neon-pinkish-brown colour. Nose with roses, sour berries, odd perfume and unidentifiable spices. Light on the palate, sharp acidity but balanced by lightly oily viscosity, lots of minerals, almost metallic. Smoky aftertaste, someone said "like a very thin whisky", surely she means manzanilla. Hey, why not. Strange, yet quite enjoyable.
