January 4, 2011 - Very smooth wine, touch of fruit (but not as much as others seem to have detected), reasonable acid. BUT, this has a distinct almost medicinal taste in the finish. Hard to describe, but a combination of metallic and hollow. Really degrades what would otherwise be a really nice wine. BTW, leaving the second half on the counter overnight (for a LONG decant) did not help this.
