  January 8, 2011 - This has really come round. Tonight we had it with dinner (Tilapia with a curry/butter/lemon sauce). It was rounder and fuller than the last bottle we drunk and I think it is fully ready to drink now and showing very well. Lovely wine. It just showing the slightest hint of the effects of oxidation on the finish--a bit of butterscotch that, for me, precedes a white wine's decline. For me, it is a point. Drink now and probably for the next year or two, but I do worry that it may not make old bones.
