  January 14, 2011 - I just purchased a case of this wine based on the CT ratings and am glad that I did. It's great when the professionals underrate a wine since that helps keep the price down. I opened the bottle and let it breathe without decanting. The wine starts off with the cherries and backberries that others observed and then moves to the cassis which I knew but coudn't identify initially. It wraps things up with a medium length finish tasting of vanilla and oak.
