  January 11, 2011 - Normally I am not a fan of the extra dry sparklers, but at least on the nose, this showed some greater complexity than expected. This had a nice bit of citrus on the nose, with undertones of spice.
  
  It was not as complex on the palate, but enjoyable. The citrus carries through and not much else. The acid wasn't enough for me either. However, for ~$20 this is a serviceable champagne.
