  January 22, 2011 - This was from a 375ml and popped and poured. Dark copper color. Intense nose of apricot and marzipan, really expanded as it warmed up. Very thick and unctuous with strong honeyed and caramel notes and powerful botrytis flavors. There was a strong whiplash of acid that balanced the sweetness and this paired beautifully with a variety of blue cheeses and a divine chocolate pudding cake. This has light years ahead of it.
