  January 25, 2011 - Opened a bottle of this wine from an East Bay producer (think Oakland, Alameda, Berkeley). The wine, from what I remember, is purchased wine from an Atlas Peak winery. The cost is about $17 per bottle and it is well worth the price of admission. A little primary but really plush fruit (blackberry and plum), with a little dusty cocoa powder, a hint of tobacco leaf and dried herbs. Medium length finish and okay acidity. A fine everyday drinking Cabernet. Well done
