  January 29, 2011 - Colour: pale straw yellow; clear
  Aroma: very low; youthful; minerals, bit of brioche
  Very dry; light body; crisp acidity; moderate-flavourful flavour intensity
  Flavours: canteloupe, nectarine, hint of pear; slightly salty
  Fizzy; many medium-sized bubbles. Nice finish. Quite appealing, a nice balance of dry and fruity. I would like to do a side-by-side comparison of this and Pacific Rim's sparkling riesling.
