  January 31, 2011 - Pale straw yellow color, very pale, with slight green tint. Aromas of cleando, detergent, and magnolias. Very flowery, mineral, and green in its flavor profile. I sense some green tannic flavors. Slight primrose and acerola flavors in the mid palate. Quite uneventful and Monday night type wine.
