  February 2, 2011 - No signs of drying out, which surprised me a bit since i had a bottle two years ago which was clearly over the top. Overwhelmingly perfumed, not only in a positive way, as the violets came too close to candy for my taste. Nevertheless, very well balanced with impressive length for an 11 year old chambolle villlage, and refreshing acidity.
