  February 3, 2011 - You absolutely, positively need to give this at least an hour in the decanter before drinking it. Straight out of the bottle, the vegetable (green pepper according to CH and one of my friends) taste is overwhelming. Give it some time & pair it with food and this is an adequate, not great, wine.
